Lifesaver: The American Heart Association (AHA) estimates that 100,000 to 200,000 lives could be saved annually in the United States if cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) is performed early enough. Learn how to save a life when New York’s Bravest brings their popular FDNY Mobile CPR Training Unit to Stuyvesant Park on Saturday, September 14, from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. Certified AHA instructors will teach you compression-only CPR and how to use an automated external defibrillator (AED). This is a kid-friendly, hands-on, non-certification training class—a must for anyone who wants the skills to help save a life in an emergency situation. RSVP here.
