Thursdays: Open Yoga With Jana

Kickstart Thursday mornings from 9 to 10 a.m. (through August 29) with Jana Hicks as she guides you through a relaxing and energizing outdoor morning vinyasa yoga session suitable for all.

This practice links breath and movement to help relax the nervous system and improve strength, flexibility, coordination, and overall physical confidence. All ages and levels are welcome. Bring a yoga mat and water, and wear comfortable clothing. RSVP here.
